Refund Policy
My goal at April Storms Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents April Storms Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, Photographer and Client will set a new time and date to reschedule the session. If a new time and date cannot be agreed upon Client will receive a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if Client fails to attend the session on the day and at the time agreed upon when the booking was made. If client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and No refund will be given. If the Client arrives late, the amount of time will be deducted from the session time (if you arrive 15 minutes late to a 30 minute session you will only have 15 minutes).
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled time and date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. No refund will be given for same day cancellations. Rescheduling may be an option.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact the photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; April Storms Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e. the buyer selected and paid for the photo session) it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to "not liking a photo". A redo session may be an option depending on the circumstances.
